Being a high achiever to me requires taking care of the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Make sure to take adequate time to take care of you. Set a date for yourself whether it be every week, month, or something in between to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Wherever you live, there are spas and means to care for yourself. If you cannot get to a spa, take a salt bath or an ice bath with some essential oils to regenerate. Even just a shower alternating between hot and cold water can break muscle memory and allow renewal. You have to take care of you to help others in your life.  Everyone you know can benefit from the same reminders and treatments.  Make yourself and others little rituals that honor all of you.  You are worth it.
